Text inputs and textareas are coded with standard HTML elements, then enhanced by jQuery Mobile to make them more attractive and useable on a mobile device. View the attributes to see all the possible attributes you can add to text inputs



Input label. Possible to enter static text and translate to different languages if needed. Use the translate button to translate to desired language. The label can also be binded to an public attribute from the application class.

Binds value for attributes to the object. All valid attributes can be binded.

If the binded value for this field contains a value, the object will not be rendered from the server to the client. The disable function will also disable all child objects.

Set Focus

The input field get focus when displaying a page at the client. Only one input field for one page can be used with the Set Focus method.

onFocus Scroll to Top

When developing for mobile devices there is a need to put the field in top of the screen. Enabling this will automatically push the input field to the top.

Top Offset (-)

Use togheter with “onFocus Scroll to Top”.  How many px to stop from the top. 100 = pushing the field to the screen top – 100px

Animation Time

Use togheter with “onFocus Scroll to Top”. Setting the animation duration in ms.
